The mix of apartments with private garden contains 3 and 4 room apartments with private gardens with over 100 m², as well as duplexes with private gardens with 222 m².
The day area is formed by living, dining room and kitchen and has up to 86 usable m² and directly communicate with the private garden and the private terrace. The private gardens and terraces will be designed with green spaces, stone areas and wooden deck.
The area is flexible, fully opened or partitioned with glass walls using a metal structure of the glasvand type.
